Camping
Come enjoy the acres of pasture. Many units arrive the weekend prior to the rodeo and stay until Sunday following the rodeo. Over 1,000 camping units “rough it”. There are no electrical hookups, although non-drinking water is provided. Families enjoy cooking over a campfire, horseback riding, wide open spaces, and exciting rodeo performances! Over the weekend there are many fun family events in Clear Lake and at the rodeo grounds. No pets of any kind or horses are allowed inside the gates of the rodeo arena. No ATVs or UTVs etc. are allowed on the ranchland – only golf carts with smooth tires. PLEASE remember if you are bringing horses for safety reasons, we require panels! NEW 2023 – per order of the USGFW no mowing with lawn mowers is allowed at campsite due to grassland easement.
Camping Package includes Rodeo Ticket
CSRodeo requires all persons entering the camping area of the private ranch to purchase both a camping wristband and a rodeo ticket (no exceptions unless the camper is age 5 or under). CSR camp packages include rodeo tickets with the camping and security fee (wristband). These packages are available for purchase anytime online and at camper registration (price increases June 10th and at Registration). Campground opens June 14th – Please check in at camper registration starting June 19th.
